MararabaExpress (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides bike ride-along, errand, and delivery services within Mararaba, Abuja, and surrounding areas. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.



2. Services Offered

We provide:

Motorcycle ride-along services

Parcel and package delivery

Errand and task-running services

Service availability may vary by location and time.



3. User Eligibility

To use MararabaExpress:

You must be 18 years or older

You must provide accurate contact and location details

You agree to follow safety and payment rules.



4. Booking & Service Requests

Requests can be made via phone, WhatsApp, app, or website

Prices are based on distance, urgency, and service type

Once a rider is dispatched, the request is considered active.



5. Payments

We accept:

Cash (conditional)

Bank transfers

Digital/in-app payments (where applicable)

Payments must be completed before or immediately after service delivery unless otherwise agreed.



6. Cancellations

Before rider dispatch: No charge

After dispatch: A cancellation fee may apply

Repeated cancellations may result in service restriction.




7. Prohibited Items

We do NOT accept:

Illegal or stolen items

Firearms, explosives, or flammable materials

Drugs or controlled substances

Extremely fragile or oversized goods

MararabaExpress reserves the right to refuse any delivery.



8. Safety & Liability

Riders are trained and verified, but road risks exist

Customers must wear safety helmets during bike rides

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure

Liability for lost or damaged items is limited and subject to investigation.



9. Rider Conduct

Riders must:

Obey traffic laws

Treat customers respectfully

Handle packages with care

Any misconduct should be reported immediately.



10. Service Suspension

We may suspend or terminate service if:

There is abuse, fraud, or illegal activity

False information is provided

These Terms are violated.



11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of updates.
